"This is a must if traveling through or staying in Evanston. Steak and Seafood specialists! The portions are massive and everything was amazing and very well priced for high end cuts. Call to make a reservation as dinner fills up quick. Our waitress was amazing and helpful (it was also her bday) This is a hidden Gem and a must try."

"Im from cheyenne wyoming and this place is better then anything we got, puts the chop house to shame in my opinion. Very good food if you wanna spoil yourselves this is the place. Only thing I would say bad is they where busy. Amazing place."

"Very surprised at this restaurant in Evanston Wyoming. The food was excellent. Don't be scared by the prices. They appear to be high for a restaurant located in a town like Evanston but you do get your money worth. My dinner included a vegetable plate, then a salad, then a large cup of soup, then the main course and it was huge (more than enough for two people, and then a dessert. The service was a little rushed to begin with as they had a single party of twenty people but it definitely improved as the evening went on. Jess was our waiter and he is the owner and he continued to check on us despite the large party and he found time to talk to us about football-he is quite a fan of football. You definitely need reservations for dinner. The atmosphere is Wild West but the strings of Xmas lights do not go with the Wild West theme. I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner if you are driving through Evanston."

"Unbelievable, what a find in such a little town. The most unbelievable Rib-eye I have eaten and I know steaks and steak houses. I would give it ten stars if possible. A absolute must."

"Not sure where to start with this review. The restaurant is quiet, relaxed, and low-key. Our server was great. She had a case of laryngitis but was fun and attentive. I liked the pickled vegetable tray instead of bread before our meal. This isn't a place you go for a quick meal. The food took time to prepare. It is expensive. However, the steak looked and smelled amazing. I actually ordered the fried halibut pictured below . Basically fish sticks however they tasted fine. My wife ordered the fried chicken. Here is where it went south. The chicken was fried in a delicious batter. It was fresh. unfortunately when she got to the end, she discovered a long black hair that happened to get fried with the chicken. That pretty much ruined the experience for us . We did not pay for the chicken. Our server was very apologetic. However, the person who took our check was brusk and irritated. So I don't know if we will ever go back. However, if you want an amazing thick steak in Evanston, this is probably the place to go, Just don't order the fried chicken with a side of black hair."

"We visited here for our anniversary the food was amazing everything was cooked to perfection. Take baby steps eating your food if you order an appetizer or 2 you will get plenty to eat before you even get your food that you ordered. The waitress and manger did a great job making sure needs are met during your experience thanks you for that. I highly recommend the artichoke dip it was delicious. First time bringing home an appetizer lol. On a side note an upgrade to the interior would be the only thing to suggest. A place with that good of food should say it when you walk in the door."

"A bit pricey but WOW! You wouldn't think that the best crab I've ever had would be in a Evanston Wyoming restaurant, but it was! Mushroom appetizers are scrumptious as well! And let me tell ya, you've never seen a big steak till you've eaten here. We'll be back!"
